Suppliers, who wish to register with Sri Lanka Telecom (Services) Ltd, may obtain application forms at the address given below by making a payment of Rs. 3500/- as registration fee. Registration will be closed at 5.00 p.m on 05^th February 2023

Suppliers who fail to quote for two or three consecutive quotations when required, or fail to deliver goods and services on time, after receiving orders or suppliers who do not supply in conformity with the specifications or samples, will be liable to be deleted form the register without notice. The management reserves the right to purchase from suppliers who are not registered under special circumstances.
