Applications are invited from suppliers who wish to register with Sri Lanka Telecom Services Ltd
(Subsidiary of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC) for the supply of following items and services for the year

1. SLT Services Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion or to annul the registration process completely.
2. Bids for supplies and services are generally called from the list of registered suppliers/ service providers. However, SLT Services Ltd reserves the right to obtain bids from other sources, if considered necessary.
3. If a supplier fails to submit the required information/documents together with the application as requested, that application is treated as non-responsive and not considered for registration.
4. For the Registration fee the applicants/ supplier/service providers should make a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 4,000/= all supplied items.
5. Payment of the non-refundable fee can be made either by cash or by a bank draft drawn in favour of “Sri Lanka Telecom services Ltd” and the receipt should be attached to the application as proof of payment.

Suppliers who fail to quote for two or three consecutive quotations when required, or fail to deliver goods and services on time, after receiving orders or suppliers who do not supply in conformity with the specifications or samples, will be liable to be deleted form the register without notice. The management reserves the right to purchase from suppliers who are not registered under special circumstances.

Suppliers, who wish to register with Sri Lanka Telecom (Services) Ltd, may obtain application forms at the address given below by making a payment of Rs. 4,000/- as registration fee. Registration will be closed at 5.00 p.m on 23^rd December 2024
